How do I find out the status of my order?
After logging in to your account please click the 'order history' button. You will then be presented with an overview of your orders together with their current status.

The following statuses are possible:
- Waiting for payment
- Payment received
- Processing order
- Backorder
- Sent

The various statuses explain themselves. Although the 'Backorder' status does need some further clarification: If you order displays this status it means that one or more of the articles you ordered are in backorder at their supplier and for this reason there will be some delay.

When this is the case we will also contact you about it.

What are the shipping costs?
This depends on the size and weight of the article. When you check-out your order the shipping costs are clearly stated.

The costs are as follows:

The Netherlands
- € 2,64 (providing the envelope fits through the mailbox, maximum weight of 3 kg)
- € 6,75 (packages with a maximum weight of 10 kg)
- € 12,95 (packages between 10 and 30 kg)

Europe 1
- € 6,16 (providing the envelope fits through the mailbox, maximum weight of 500 gram)
- € 11,55 (packages with a maximum weight of 2 kg)
- € 19,50 (packages with a maximum weight of 5 kg)
- € 25,20 (packages above 5 kg)

Europe 2
- € 6,16 (providing the envelope fits through the mailbox, maximum weight of 500 gram)
- € 11,55 (packages with a maximum weight of 2 kg)
- € 24,50 (packages with a maximum weight of 5 kg)
- € 30,80 (packages above 5 kg)

Rest of the world 1
- € 10,45 (providing the envelope fits through the mailbox, maximum weight of 500 gram)
- € 19,95 (packages with a maximum weight of 2 kg)
- € 25,00 (packages between 2 and 5 kg)
- € 31,20 (packages between 5 and 10 kg)

Rest of the world 2
- € 10,45 (providing the envelope fits through the mailbox, maximum weight of 500 gram)

If we ship your order in multiple parts we will carry the extra shipping costs.

How long until I receive my order?
Ordered articles are usually shipped within 14 days. Providing everything is in stock and the article in question does not have a longer stated delivery time.

We generally wait with shipping until your entire order is fulfilled. As soon as your package has been put on the mail you will receive an automatic email.

On average 10-20 days

How can I pay?
There are several ways to pay (dependent on your country):

- DirectEbanking
- Credit Card
- Bank transfer
- Paypal

Payments are processed by our payment providers Multisafepay and Paypal. During the checkout process you will be automatically transfered to their secure payment servers.

If something were to go wrong during checkout you will receive a 2nd chance email from Multisafepay containing a link that will enable you to pay for your order after all. The same goes for Paypal, where we can also send you a similar email. In other words: no need to re-do your order.

Payment should take place within 14 days of the order date. Otherwise it is possible that the article(s) you ordered are not available anymore (or not for the agreed upon price).

Do you accept returns?
Naturally. After receiving your order you have an 8 day return period, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase it is possible to return and exchange it for another article. We also have a so-called "money back" guarantee.

Please return the article(s) within 8 days following receipt, in perfect condition. Please note! Do not forget to pay for the postage, packages without postage will not be accepted (because the postal authorities here charge ridiculous fines for that).

You can use tje handy returns form for this.

In the following instances returned articles cannot be exchanged or refunded:
A) If the article has been made-to-measure for you
B) Article has been worn, washed and/or damaged
C) Sealbag has been opened (CDs)
D) Goods for hygienic reasons (make-up, stockings, lingerie, etc)
E) You have tried to repair a defect yourself
F) You have not followed the guidelines in the manual and/or instructions of use
G) Article is not complete

Sale items cannot be exchanged for another size. However, you can of course get a refund if the article doesn't fit.

What should I do if I received a wrong or faulty item?
Mistakes can always be made, by us but also, of course, during production of an article.

If you find an article to be damaged, faulty or if we accidentally sent you a wrong item then please contact us as soon as possible. So it is always a good idea to check the articles on receipt, just to be sure.

After contacting us please send the article together with your invoice (the postage costs will be compensated by us later but please note: only if there is something wrong with the article without your fault).

A lot of the articles we sell are handwork, so small alterations in model and/or colour may exist.

Will you include other clothing styles in the shop?
We are always on the lookout for other styles which are interesting for our shop, both from different scenes as well as new and exciting ones. In other words we will most definately add new styles to the already existing range.

For you as a customer there is the possibility to inform us which styles you'd like to see added to the shop (please use the information form for that). If demand proves to be sufficient we will do our best to actually add that style to the shop.

Are the prices inclusive?
All prices in the shop include 19% VAT but exclude shipping costs.

What happens when a product is sold out?
We try to have everything either in stock or available at very short notice from our suppliers. But of course it can always happen that something gets sold out. In those cases we will do our utmost to have those articles available again as soon as possible.

We will of course contact you about this, so that you're totally up to date regarding the status and not be needlessly waiting.

Is express-delivery a possibility?
We have the following motto: If you need something quickly we are always willing to work with you and try to come to a workable solution. Although you have to keep in mind that delivery by an express courier is quite cost prohibitive.

To which countries do you ship?
We ship worldwide. However as a result of negative experiences with frauds from certain parts of the world, customers from those countries need to contact us first before they can order. If this is the case a message will be displayed when you try to check out your order.

What should I do when I forgot my password?
On the login screen you will find the link 'Forgotten your password?', on the following screen please fill in the e-mail address you used when registering for the account, a new password will then be sent to that address. The password is generated automatically, so it might be a good idea to change it into something you can remember more easily.

How do I change my password?
Please click on 'edit details' after you've logged into your account. The password can easily be changed there.

Can you send an article as a present on my behalf?
No problem. Please do make this clear while ordering (on the confirmation screen you will have the oppertunity to do this). Then we will make sure the article is sent nicely wrapped to the person in question (without the invoice of course, that will be finding its way towards you).

Is my personal data safe?
We treat your personal data with the utmost respect. Only we or you can get to this information. Furthermore all payments are made via the secure servers of our payment providers.

We will never disclose any information from our records to third parties without your explicit consent.

Can I help to make you more known?
We would love that! For starters we offer a number of banners that you can use on your site. Secondly, we are always looking for people who are willing to drop off (or hand out) flyers on places where our target audience frequents.

Have different ideas or suggestions to make us more known? Please let us know!

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
You need to register for an account first. Naturally this is free of charge. The email newsletter is sent out regularly.

Do you also have a catalog?
Not yet. Although there are definate plans for this. We will of course announce this proudly on our newspage when it's done.
